You have the right to cancel a Contract within seven working days of receiving the Products. To cancel, inform us by email and return the Products at your own cost, in a saleable condition. As a consumer, You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

Pricing and Availability: Prices are in US dollars, and state tax laws are your responsibility. Products are subject to availability. If a Product is temporarily out of stock, please contact us or check the website.

Our Refunds Policy: We really hope you love your HAY products. If you are not entirely happy with your Products, notify us for a refund within thirty working days. Return the Products in “as new” condition, and obtain proof of postage.
Damaged Products: Every HAY Product is thoroughly checked before it’s posted but if, in the unlikely instance it is faulty please us within 48 hours if a Product is faulty. We offer refunds or exchanges for defective items.
Shipping: HAY aims to deliver within 5 working days in the contiguous United States. Taxes are your responsibility.
Confidentiality: Your personal information is confidential, and payment details are securely processed by Stripe. The website’s content is subject to change without notice. We provide no warranty or guarantee for the information and materials.
